Working closely with superb suppliers such as Walter Rose and Son, New Wave Seafood and Bramley's to name but a few, exciting menus for lunch and supper have been created with the addition of a fantastic Prix Fix available at lunchtimes also.
Supper times also see the benefit with regards to Tom's creative flair when the 'specials' are provided in addition to the a la carte menu on offer.
